Congress changed Daylight Savings Time. Everybody's upgrading
everything to accommodate the change. It'll probably be worse than
Y2K for some things; we had decades to prepare for that. Nobody knows
what all has to be fixed for this yet and we're running out of time; I
had new OS patches show up Thursday for systems we thought were done,
and our architect team tells me some of our higher-end Sun hardware
could actually have power supply failures without a firmware update
that we haven't finished testing yet.
