[cfgeeks] FCC eliminates morse code requirements

Never fear, I won't use the CW band plan freqs, you won't know i'm
there ;). Actually i'm in C&R he11 so I won't be on any HF or V/UHF
unless mobile. Or maybe I'll get a flagpole antenna :).
