My switch has nothing to do with politics or Libertarianism, but is only a 
response to Gil's point that we need radio amateurs, and if code requirements 
thwart that need, then reprioritize. I think Gil's argument stands whether 
it's the goverment who sets the rules or the Hams themeselves.
