I've had constant Internet outages since May of 2006. I used to be a
fairly big fan of BrightHouse, but I'm at my wits end. I've called and
complained, kept accurate and detailed records -- and yet it's still
happening. Literally a file folder full of 'stuff'.

I'd love to find other people who have having the same problem in my
area so I can ram it down BH's throat..

I ordered Embarq DSL, but for some reason, the best they can offer me is
1.5mbps, which seems absurd considering how close the CO is. But I
didn't have the desire to fight that battle, either. My Sprint card is
faster than that, minus the latency.
