Not sure man. The techs I had even claimed to have put in new lines  
from the hub to my house... climbed all over my attic...

Tried to blame it on multiple computers on my network, but when I  
showed him that I only had 1 computer on cable, and the rest on DSL,  
he pretty much shut up.

I think mine was Comcast.. but it's all the same...
