I think I'm going to take my plight to YouTube. I have 30 more days of
service I can video my modem light being out of sync.. I was wondering
how I could verify the time on each incident, but WWV to the rescue..
it's the radio waves way of a news paper in front of a hostage.
The more I think about it, the more it burns me up. I've been a patient,
courtesy customer with a persistent problem that even their own techs
and lower level management privately admit and they're shutting me off.
I'm not terribly upset about having to switch to DirecTV, because I've
wanted the NFL Network all year. :P But man, having to go from
10mbps/1mbps to 5mbps/640kbps sucks! And PPPoE... and whatever other
non-sense. Ugh.
I'm really quite distraught. I use this connect for work and they've
tossed me to the side of the road without ever really having the
attention of anyone that mattered.
