I know your point is about the service level but IIRC even being a biz.
class customer running web servers still violates TOS for RR.

Keep in mind when your talking cable internet access you are not really
dealing with Dimhouse, you have to be using either Roadrunner or
Earthlink (or used to be AOHell also). Dimhouse is not an ISP nor wants
to be. They are only the conduit. So the TOS your violating is either RR
or EL. BH has no dog in the hunt. EL never seems to care about anything
I do except I have noticed lately packet resets from youtube in the
mornings so clearly they have begun shaping tactics.
