I just got back from the Post Office.  I realize what I'm about to say
reeks of big government and isn't a service the feds should be
offering, but I still think it'd be a great idea.

Free wifi at all Post Offices.

If you're traveling you can always pull into a Post Office and check
email and browse the web.  Furthermore having people on Post Office
grounds after hours could deter vandals and other ne'er do wells.
Maybe this would encourage coffee shops to open inside or adjacent to
Post Offices and help defray the cost of running the office.

I know.  It'll never happen and even if it did, the USPS would screw
it up royally.
