I truly hope you do not have what I am recovering from. I have been in 
the bed since Wednesday afternoon. And most of yesterday I spent in the 
ER after my first trip ever in the back of an ambulance. I could hardly 
stand up and I had a fever, low potassium, and was dehydrated even 
though I had been drinking gateraid and water the whole time. 
Fortunately and as answer to prayers I am started to feel better now. I 
had several different IV fluids including antibiotics and several not 
very fun tests. They think I either had food poisoning or a stomach 
virus. At any rate I am not going to where I ate on Wednesday again 
anytime soon. Try to stay healthy everyone and do not try to over do it 
if you are sick!
