Well, the bellsouth DSL is actually "$34.95" a month... but since you have
to have a phone landline as well, it makes it $79 a month. Supposedly, AT&T
has also forced Bellsouth to start offering a "no landline" DSL offering
starting December 2007.
I had "extreme" dsl 6mb/400k with Bellsouth at my old address and it was
fantastic. I had one 10 minute outage in 3 years.

OMT! I feel sorry for youse guys. I only pay Earthlink $41.95/mo. It's been
this price since I started with them in 2002.
They were recently rated in PC Mag as the best and fastest cable data
provider in the Southeast. I have the article here on my desk. June 26, p.
