We had a prospective client tour our facility today that is Six Sigma certified.  They were asking a whole lot of questions and we were struggling to provide the documentation and numbers they were looking for.  On the upside, IT had the best documentation and numbers of all the other groups.  1,200 body payroll.  We may have to contract Dave on the side for his Six Sigma consulting services... ;)
