If you have a Treo 700p from Verizon Wireless, you have a choice. You
can download an update to the Operating System (OS) from Palm, or you
can go into a Verizon Wireless store and have a Technician there slip
a Secure SD Card into your Treo, and have him (or her) update the OS
for you.
The URL for the download is:
http://www.palm.com/us/support/downloads/treo700pupdate/verizon.html
However, I suggest that if you have the time (it takes about a 1/2
hour), it's worthwhile to have them do it in a store. A store locator
can be found at:
http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/storelocator/index.jsp
