I was thinking about that dynamic the other week. IT tech is still
infantile in that respect, there has yet to be one generation of seasoned
and skilled workers to cycle through the industry since it's big boom phase.
In a lot of ways, it is still regarded as a thankless, dead end type of job
to the average person.
I did recently hear about ISO20000 recently, which is the ISO geared for IT.
It is very much in it's infancy as well. I am going to be reading up on it
soon.
