This is actually the research I am looking for. Forget wires, forget RF.
I want a series of light repeaters around the world that pickup broad
spectrum light and repeat it. If that address (OSI of course) is for
this network than drop a packet to a terrestrial network for "last mile"
delivery. The sky would be alive with "harmless" broad band light. :-)
