That's why I used my spam address when I signed up.  They can spam away.  But it's still a good site for diet meal planning with recipes and shopping list for the lazy dieter...er, me... ;)

Once you sign up, you'll be spammed. I've tried for years to unsubscribe. Ended up blocking them on my server.


It's not awesome, in my opinion.

It has a meal planner (which you must sign up to access) but when you choose the meals for a week, it gives you the option to print out the menu with recipes, as well as a shopping list.  While you choose the different menu items for the week, there is a nutrition tracking list that shows to the right of the menu so you can see what your different sugar/fat/protein/etc amounts are based on what you're choosing for a specific day of the week.  Pretty awesome and it's free!
