That's why I used my spam address when I signed up. They can spam away. But it's still a good site for diet meal planning with recipes and shopping list for the lazy dieter...er, me... ;)

Once you sign up, you'll be spammed. I've tried for years to unsubscribe. Ended up blocking them on my server.
It's not awesome, in my opinion.
