[cfgeeks] Not so fast, broadband providers tell big users

Reminds me of driving in Montana with posted speed limit of "Reasonable & 
Prudent."  What the heck does that mean?  It means that law enforcement 
will tell you what it means after you violate posted speed limit.  That 
worked for years until someone took it to the Supreme Court and Montana 
decided to have clear limit.
