Here are the digital pager frequencies that were being eavesdropped
on by the technician(s) at Wal-mart Headquarters, the transmitter
sites for them are within 5 miles of the corporate headquarters, but
are not within the "only one mile" or "around one mile" claimed by
the public relations department of Wal-Mart.

Wal-Mart is not the owner of these stations, does not own the tower,
does not own the switch.... and can not legally eavesdrop upon these
text messages.

I hate to point this out, but having an entire room full of
eavesdropping equipment being operated by Wal-Mart employees,
complete with Wal-Mart inventory/asset stickers on them does not
quite give Wal-Mart clean hands in this case.
