A few areas where?  Do you have any specific locales in mind?  I've been thinking Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, something like that...but want to visit before I buy into it completely.  Would love to go to Sedona, Arizona for a visit!

Course they will.  Im thinking about @ retirement homesteading a few  
areas and RV'ing between them :).  Or at least trying to.
