Had 2 dedicated servers blow up.  The guy that runs the late
night/morning shift (because he lives in Europe) couldn't fix one
because it appeared to be hanging as soon as the kernel loaded.  Turned
out that the serial port was set to ttyS1 instead of 0 in the BIOS and
only grub dealt with that automagically.  On top of that the system was
going through a manual fsck which is why it never came up on its own.

Jobs sais he doesn't like DRM yet every time an artists asks to have
iTunes sell their stuff DRM free they refuse.  He claims they only use
DRM because they are forced to by the RIAA but when they sell music that
has nothing to do with the RIAA and neither the artist or the consumer
wants DRM Apple ends up being the one pushing the DRM.
