[cfgeeks] Inspid FOSS bookmarks

I am running this on my inside and outside web servers and I find
almost compatible with delicious.com however more private for my
non-"social" bookmarks.

The only thing missing is the AJAX interface for tagging but since
it's Perl that could be added as well.

It does have a plugin for FF which is ok but I just use a bookmarklet
