For both of you if you believe your undiagnosed condition is causing
problems, seek professional medical help. While others may be good as
resources once you're diagnosed, they won't help you figure out what
condition you may or may not have and may even prejudice your symptoms
towards something you don't have. I say this as someone with multiple
family members with diagnosed behavioral issues.
As an example, find someone who has a copy of the DSM-V (the book that
details symptoms of psychological conditions) and flip to a page at random.
Start reading. I'll lay even odds you'll find something where you have at
least half the symptoms within 20 pages.
Once you have a diagnosis, definitely seek out others who may be able to
help you with coping mechanisms. I've gotten lots of help for my sons (both
diagnosed in the Autistic spectrum) and for myself in how to manage their
condition.
